How Much Do We Charge ???

 

It is made up of the following elements…

Venue Location - Where is it?  How much equipment do I need to bring and access - i.e. how many flights of stairs are there into the function room?

 

The length of the function - Based on the time I arrive and the time I leave.

 

We do not charge more for different type's of function, i.e. Weddings.  We charge the same price for a four hour Wedding in Newcastle as we would for a four hour Birthday Party in Newcastle.

 

The main factor is the venue and how much equipment we need to bring.  Bigger venue’s require more equipment, especially sound.  We also factor in how hard it is to get to the function room. Difficult access through having to walk down long corridors, up and down flights of stairs incur extra charges.
